Dont cut your spings, get some used Z springs. Dont waste your time cutting springs and resinstalling. Please,please dont cut your springs while they are still on your car!

your friend probably lied to you and didnt want you to ask him for his z springs for free. FYI the z springs will lower your car about an inch all around

I haven’t cut springs since high school on a mini truck… back then the “right way” was lowering blocks…

DO NOT cut your springs… the spring rate will be drastically altered and no matter what your ghetto friend says it is far less than optimal for handling and comfort.

If you can’t afford to do what you want to your car right now, just save until you can. Don’t half@ss it and regret it later.
