LOL. your kidding right?
maybe you should be posting your thoughts in teh overlay threads instead. your argument is awefully weak. its liek saying dont buy a black crotch rcoket, only buy a red one, well no, its still a crotch rocket and at the end of teh day its the rider that will determine the outcome. just as the driver of a car usually determines the outcome of an accident. if everyone flew by your logic there would be no black cars at all and all cars would be bright fluroescent orange.
besides which we have a funny law in canada called "daytime running lights" which essentially completely negates your entire argument.
TURN YOUR DAMN LIGHST ON! if you wanna be seen, better yet! make a law that requires auto manufacturers to have lights on at all times on a car.

i also painted my OEM 17's and door handles and window trim and headlights/tails/corner lights and have really dark tint.. looks really sick! here's some pictures and my pic on my profile..

though you raise a great point, you are on a car "enthusiasts" forum. would you walk into the St.L Rams locker room and talk about knee surgery?

It's not like the headlights and taillights are being removed. How is it any less visible at night than any other black car? In the day thats irrelevant.
Attempting to provoke a reaction is not the same thing as saying something significant or meaningful. Read my post carefully and you'll see that I wasn't proposing some fascist doctrine that no black cars (we own 3) should be on the road.

Immaturity runs rampant in these forums.
For all you knee-jerkers, Braintree was never trying to tell the other guy what to do, he was just offering up a unique perspective.
He made me think of something new, and I can appreciate that.
Good comments and posts Braintree.

And I also love BLACK cars!!!!
I'm not a fan of the black wheel look. If it had a polished lip i think it would be nice, but an all black isn't that hot to me. It's like it's hiding the wheel so to speak and you cant even make out what type of wheel it is.
But to each his own.

I think it looks good, nice cheap way to change your car up. I say do it! Worst case scenario you don't like them that much and you save up and eventually get some aftermarket wheels
