I have had my check engine on, went to auto zone got it checked out and they said that I have a missfire in first cylinder.
The car has 62000 miles on it, and I'm not sure if it had a tuneup ever. Anybody know where I can buy some good spark plugs and cables? which ones not to buy? which ones are the best?

Stick with OEM NGK plugs. You can learn about how to replace spark plugs and cables by watching the DIY vids bythaplayer made up:

Plugs are to last up to 100K miles, but it's the cheapest item to replace that may be causing you the problem. If that doesn't take care of it, you may have to replace the coil for that cylinder.

Also I looked at your car man.
All I have to say is that I wish I would have the money
to at least do some of the mods that you have.
What do you think is a good and not to expensive way of making your car faster?
How did you like the supercharger?
I guess twin turbo is a lot better hehe.
