just cant seem to get the volume learning procedure

Hey guys i wanted to do the idle volume learning procedure on my car. I got a new throttle body and a new intake as well, so this seems very important to me. Ive tried about 10 times and i feel like im doing everything right, but it just doesnt seem to work? is there any alternative way to do this? what do you guys think i should do?

this is the idle air volume learning(throttle position learning). i need to perform accelerator pedal release position learning and throttle valve closed position learning as well in order for the volume learning to work.

Post the instructions you are following and make sure you time everything. I usually count out loud so I know when to act.
