Debadging Question - '05 G35X

I've looked through all of the threads I could find in the search and couldn't find the answer to the question I have.

Is the Mt. Fuji logo on the trunk taped or bolted on? I want to fully debadge my car but don't want to put body work in it if there are holes under the Mt. Fuji.

There are holes for the alignment pins under the Mt Fuji emblem.

Everything else on the rear can come off clean, just not Fuji.

You looked all over and didn't find this answer. It must be listed 1,000 times on this forum.

Crap. That sucks. That's the difference between 40 bucks and who knows what.

Directly from the Sticky FAQ...

Q - Can I debadge the emblems on the rear of my 1st gen sedan?
Yes - except for the mount fuji emblem which has rivets (holes). The other "INFINITI" and "G35" lettering is attached by double sided tape and can be easily removed. The most common way is to heat them with a heat gun and remove with dental floss. Then use goo gone or similar to remove the extra tape. Finish with a good wash, polish and wax.

I honestly think fully debadging it looks too empty and flat.

I prefer to leave the fuji emblem.

I'm glad you realize this! They are considerate of every poor soul who is genuinely searching for information only to find 1,000 different threads about the exact same topic all started by idiots who obviously didn't bother to search in the first place. I mean come on, its in the damn FAQ. The FAQ is a sticky in the sedan section that clearly states "Look here before starting any new threads". Do you want to know who didn’t read it? Oh that’s right.....you. Should I go over to your house, put a bib on you and spoon feed you? Should I also prop you over a toilet, tell you everything is going to be ok and then wipe the **** off your *** right before I stuff you into a nice comfy diaper?

Good point but its still a forum, if you want to get mad about responding and wasting your time then do not even respond just go to a different page. No im not the original poster but damn you guys get so offended and then stalk **** when somone asks the same thing. This is a forum, damn, just answer the question and if you dont want to then dont bother, you dont have to start saying crap to them. Maybe he wants a direct answer to his question, chill.

If someone needs to get butt hurt to ensure the smoothest possible flow of information throughout the forums then I certainly don't mind. If everyone put even the slightest effort into searching we could drastically reduce the amount of unnecessary posting that goes on around here. This isn't the Off Topic section where useless posts are welcome.
