I have a deep scratch...anything i can do?

I have a deep scratch...anything i can do?

My G has got a pretty deep scratch (also dented slightly). I know a guy who can fix the dent, but any advice on what to do about the scratch?. Looks like a deep "keyed" scratch.

Clean it and try to cover it with touch up paint. Or if you plan on getting it taken care of by a bodyshop-cover it with wax so it does not start to get any rust started.
