Does anyone have instructions on properly doing this? I want to Dynamat the floors and door panels myself. Any help or resources?

I would like to know how to take off the sedan door panels too...I tried today but there was one attachment I couldn't figure out before I had to run to lunch.

There are two screws hidden behind the handle, which is covered with either the wood or aluminum trim. On the door latch, there's one screw hidden behind the square clip. Next you'll need to pop out the window controls box with a flathead (make sure to cover the flathead screwdriver with a towel to not scratch any of the plastics)

It's not necessary to pop out the controls. You can take the door panel off and then unplug the controls at the harnesses (for both window controls and curb light). Then you'll also need to 'unhook' the door lock and latch cables (one is a simple ball-end cable, the other is just about the same with a small pin - just pull it up to remove it.

Once you've removed the three screws - two from the door handle and one from behind the square cover on the door latch, you just pull the door panel carefully but firmly from the outer edges. start from the bottom. When all the clips are free, you'll "lift" the door panel up slightly as it kind of hooks into the top of the door where the window is.

Please update us on how the dynamat works, I'm ready to do it myself if for nothing other than door rattles that keep soming back no matter what I do.

Thought of doing this as well. No door rattles yet, but give it time.
I thought I'd make a preemptive strike.

I remember reading about someone getting good results with a strip
of sticky backed foam rubber along the top edge before reassembling.
Plus any other areas where the panel comes in contact with the frame.

I've done all the weatherstripping tricks there are and the clicks and rattles still come back after a while. I think short of dynamat I've done everything else I can do.
