How Much $$ to paint the rear lower trim? (03-04)
80-150 sounds about right if you let them spray the color code.
If you need proper prep + 100% color match + doing it right with the right sanding, flexing agent, etc., the labor costs mor ethan 80. Trust me I've had mine done before. Its cheaper if you have more pieces but with the one piece.....300 is for quality work.

x2 I agree.
I have the front aero bumper and painted the side and rear sills and splash guards myself. It was $300-400 cheaper for me to buy a Husky 26-gal compressor with air tools, a detail spray gun, and OEM paint than to have a shop paint them. I've never painted car parts with a spray before and it came out perfectly. BTW, flex agent IS NOT required for the sills. I did a lot of research on this and there is a big debate among auto painters with regards to using flex and it's downsides like poor paint adhesion, color mismatch, etc.

I have to say, yours does look nice, but I'm worried that on a BS car, the results might not turn out so well. How much did it run you for the equipment? I'd have to be sure that kind of purchase is justifiable.

Anyway, I've always loved the look of the karookie bumper - but I'm worried about the cost of paint + install + fitment.
