Angry Kool Karz

Has anyone ever taken their car to Kool Karz, right off the katy Freeway? I heard very good things about them, so I decided to take my 03 G35 there to get a Clifford Interguard 800 installed, and they told me that they could do it, they may not finish it tonight, but they can definitely install the alarm, I dropped off my car there at 8:30 a.m., and came back around 5:00 and stayed there until 7:00 p.m., and they installed the alarm, BUT the alarm does not work because you need to have a computer to program it and program the remote controls. Beng Clifford authorized and installing alarms for over 10 years, you think they would know this.. or maybe they did but they wanted to "try" and still do it. Anyways, they charged me $400.00 for the installation and my alarm doesn't even work! Pisses me off... I mean, if you don't have the supplies for it, then why even do it??? I don't recommend this place at all!
