intro

Im new to the forums and the g community so i thought i would stop lurking the forums. I have had my g for about 4 months so i have minimal mods. 05-06 reverse lights with a custom smoked job, also smoked clear corners. I love this car and plan to stay in the g series for probably as long as they make them. The only thing wrong with my ride is that i bought it with the g35 emblem ripped off so the paint was destroyed but its going to the shop to get fixed soon. Here's just a few pics.

Mods i plan on to do when i have the money are: nismo aero kit, black out chrome trim and door handles, black headlight housing, black grille or maybe UT grille(not sure, open to suggestions) 19 inch rims, plus engine mods and much more.

I don't think it even took me two weeks to get tinted, dropped, sways, tie bars, a short shifter, and an axleback exhaust on my G, so having the car for only 4 months is not an excuse! (But the way things are these days, I can understand not spending money on mods)

Thank you for all the welcomes. Yeah i know 4 months is no excuse but the navy don't pay that well and i have a 3 day old little girl so my spending is prioritized. Have to take care of my actual baby before my other baby you know .

The paint just looks a little bit off because of the orange peel. Although, it could be the camera, weather, or something else?

AARONHL is probably talking about pics #2 and 3 (shown below). Looks like your rear bumper and trunk lid are showing some orange peel on the paint finish, meaning the texture of the surface resembles like the bumpy surface of the orange (fruit). This also means that the body shop did not follow correct painting techniques, unlike the glossy smooth paint finish you'd find in cars coming straight from the factory or showroom.

hmm interesting. maybe its the pics cause up close its pretty smooth but it definitely could have been repainted, that's probably why the paint got screwed up when someone tore off the g35 emblem. the bumper is being repainted anyways and im swapping trunks with someone that has a spoiler trunk cause i like the look better. anyways thanks for the incite guys.
