I've had mine for a few months now, and just finished a brake light mod similar to OC's. I plan on starting a pseudo-build thread tonight after I get some bugs worked out, a good wash/wax, and snap some pictures and vids.

Same concept, different method. Its real buggy though still, and I'm about stumped. Did you run into croise control problems?

you mean cruise control?... if so, no not at all. The BCM doesnt like being tricked, but with the KP module and a couple relays it works fine.

You shouldnt be wiring to anything that would cause CC problems.

it could be one of those odd coincidental things that isn’t related to the mod... does the CC work without the re-wired brake lights?

*sorry for off topic everyone

komfortable, I'm very curious to see how yours turns out - until now I'm the only one anywhere with this type of mod... It could be good info for anyone interested and maybe I can (try to) help you figure it out - can you post progress in the taillight thread
