Help with black headlight bezels
I really want black bezels for my headlights, but i am very bad with my hands and dont feel comfortable going through the whole baking/painting process. Is anyone around the central jersey or new york city area that would do them for me? And if not, has anyone seen or heard of these before?

It isn't hard and there are great DIYs on this site. I'm 18 and I did it completely on my own. Just be patient.
As for those lights.. they look good, but I have never heard of them so as far as the fitment and legitimacy of them goes

ebay ones are no good they are for halogens or something. couple people have gotten them without success.
those are probably the same **** as the ones on ebay. halogen lenses + poor quality/fitment. @ $235 a pair they're not really a steal. I say you get them painted...when it comes to reflector HID headlights, its OEM or nothing.

- When you hang the bumper to get the lights out get towels over the corner edges of the bumper immediately. I scratched my bumper because I didn't do that.
- When you bake them in the oven check on them frequently. I did 225 and checked every 5 minutes.
- When you bake them, put a damp cloth on the rack so that the metal rack doesn't heat up and melt your housing.

- Paint with thin even layers. Don't get impatient and try to cover the whole thing in one coat. Just lightly hit it and come back in 10 minutes for the next coat.
FWIW- i was going to take the wiring out but i realized that the wires are already exposed to high heat with the headlights... left the wiring in, i believe it took about 7 min on 400deg F, i did wrap the wiring up with wet towels though. A LOT easier than taking the wiring out.
I think you can get by with somewhere b/t 200-225F for 12 minutes to open them up... but someone on here (IVRY PRL i think) does this regurlary for people when he has time...
I would try searching for the modded H/L threads, and PM them about doing yours for you...

"Bake" at 220 for 14 minutes is one of the magic sweet spots. You don't need any moist towels. Ttrank has done his headlights with the wires in and hasnt had any issues. I have taken them out each time just cause its one less thing for my pretty little head to worry about
Agreed eBay ones are crap

DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT SITE, Read the reviews of that site at resellerratings.com, i myself ordered 2 pairs pf 178 leds for my car and each pair had one light bulb that didnt work
