I think I've gone over the steps in some thread before...I'll see if I can find them again...I'm too lazy to type it out right now

But I'd hate to open them up only to find that the cloudiness inside can't be cleaned.

Yeah...thats a tough call. I think someone (G35lin?) did it before...it was a coating inside that he winded up removing. Most of the time the cloudiness is on the outside. I've seen several DIYs on doing a sanding and polishing on the headlight to remove the film/build up. I tried it once but wasn't patient enough to do a really good job on it

Here is the DIY on removing the headlights/dropping the front bumper.

https://g35driver.com/forums/faq-diy...ple-steps.html

One tip....you can take a flat head screwdriver and pry the wiring harness off from the headlight...do this starring down from the top of the headlight. This gives you ALOT more room to be able to unclip the wiring harness from the headlight.

Damn..this really needs a complete DIY huh?.....I'll try to get one together.

I swear there is already a DIY out there, or at least a lot of explanations as I looked into awhile back, but never did it. I'd search first before you spend all the time and energy.

I'll search later today and if I find them I'll post the links in here. Killer time to paint, dremel amber reflector, and install some demon eyes.

If not, I'll be glad to read the newly revised one you put up.

What better time to do blacked out headlights, Demons, and 6000K. All for under $100 less time it will take me.

You definitely need to search on the forums, but I'll answer your questions.

Demon eyes are just added CCFL tubes (kinda like LEDs for your reference) that go around the housing of the headlights, you don't need HIDs or anything as they are a completely separate bulb/light.

Blue Bulbs are just a different temperature/kelvin of bulb. Stock are 4300k, but you'll want 6-8k, but know that you'll lose some visibility.

I need to read through that again...I don't know if I gave all the info...

One thing....DON'T get ebay headlights and part them out like I did.......cause they suck! and the parts don't interchange 100%...fitment is not exact.
