well i only thought 6k comes with like a bit of blue, but then when i was browsing around i saw 6k with purple tint, i was curious who had it and would it look nice or actually would it even show purple, but im sure it'll just be white

 

pure white looks best... all the ricers either have blue or purple.

 

well to each its own, i got purple 12k and i luv it. I think is the way u MOD ur car. U can't just throw any color H.I.D on a stock car cuzz it looks funny. Like here in Mass there be Taxi's with H.I.D's and they look rice... but if u have a MODDED car and it flows well with whateva color H.I.D then that might change people's perception

 

yeah i agree, i was thinking of just gettin diamond white 6k anyways but i was just curious what 6k purple would look like since its the first time ive seen/heard of it, wondering if its a good deal since its cheap

 

I think it's contradictory. If the bulb is truly 6K, then it's not purple. If the bulb is purple then it's not 6K.


That's marketing for you. They put blue or purple or "JDM" on the box and people buy them

 

Yeah, i wanted 6k but i find that these are pretty cheap compared to the other 6k's i see for like $150, so i was wondering if anyone had it

its very white...only a little blue when you first turn them on

 

I wish photos could show accurate coloration of the bulbs.

I'm having a hard time deciding on 5K or 6K

 

I like the LEDs from VLEDs, but the HIDs from that site suck... I've had better luck with other cheaper kits than with those things... their bulbs go out way too quick, some of them not even lasting a week...

 

Oh, okay thx im not going to get them now, hrmm what pair of HID for 6k are you talking about on ebay. i found these once but im not sure if they are good?

I got 8k HIDs off some website back when i first got the car. Originally wanted 6k though. They are almost identical though. They are not purple like other 8ks i have seen.

Im considering going to 5k though. Idk yet. I'd like to see it in person first.
