and yes it feels lightning fast but im safe.
The coupe is not half the size. Its built on the same platform. The lack of the B pillar on the coupe requires reinforced doors to comply with safety regulations. Its not much heavier but it is still about 50-100lbs more.

getting arrested and ticket(s) for going 35+ over the speed limit at 16 isnt a good idea.

the coupe has additional reinforcements that the sedan doesnt have which makes it heavier.

please dont try to max out your car on the freeway...or anywhere on the streets for that matter. ive seen many kids around your age post something like this, and then they go out and try to go as fast as they can, and end up losing control, crashing, and killing themselves and their passengers.

remember, our cars were built to withstand accidents in the 40-60mph range. a crash at 100+mph is a whole different story.

be smart.

Okay, as long as you're safe then you may as well go pedal-to-the-metal and hit 155 every chance you get.

BTW, if you kill my wife or kids I am going to come to your house, drag you out into the country under cover of trees and spend a week torturing you by shoving sticks under your fingernails, and covering you with honey and releasing an army of fire ants on top of you. Toward the end of the week I'll cut open your belly and carefully string your guts over top of branches without damaging them so you can remain alive for a few days watching your own guts rot. On the last day I'll slowly feed you feet first into a wood chipper.

Happy driving!

Shakin--- Ever consider joining the Taliban?? LOL

Our neighbor's 18 year old just totaled their new MDX two weeks ago: going too fast and lost control! He hit a tree head-on as he lost control.

On a more serious side, my nephew ran over and killed a 10 year old nearly 10 years ago-- speeding down a back road thinking no one was around. But there was small house at the corner and as he sped around he hit the little boy on his tricycle.

As the say in the movies: "Son... ya ever kill someone... it changes ya forever!"
