Didn't see the 600s on Tire Rack but basically I don't think you can go wrong with any Bosch, Rain-X or Valeo blade.

not sure what a 600 design is but the tirerack ones are 1 peice all rubber units. not metal held on in 3 places.

Yeah I think those Tirerack ones are the Valeo Ultimates, which are the beam or squeegee style. The 600s have a metal frame with multiple contact points. Top four from CR:

Valeo 600 Series

RainX Latitude

Anco 31 Series

Michelin RainForce

Anyone know why Rain-X Latitude listed driver 22" and passenger 21" for the 2003-2007 sedan? I thought the passenger is 18" only...

Valeos are like 1/2 the price of the Bosch icons (same design).

If one is curious to their wiper sizes, it's not difficult to actually measure them. TireRack should have your sizes though

Yeah. I actually did a search on autopia and the top 2 favorites were Valeos and the Bosch Icons. I really liked what people had to say about the Icons so i decided to go with those. The tirerack special is a good deal, but I didnt know if you had to buy 2 of the same size or if it was truly buy one get one free. I saw the deal on amazon for the Icons and just went with them. All the local stores would have been around $50 for them.

wash and clean windshield, spray stoner winshield cleaner and wipe dry... apply either rainx window treatment or glass science window treament.... wipe dry and buff with microfiber towel. rain will just bead and drip right off the windshield and like mentioned already at highway speeds you wouldn't know its raining on your windshield.

I just replaced mine with the Bosch Excel at Auto Zone for $28 with tax. These are the midrange or one step below the Icons. Hell I wasn't patient enough to order online and save a few bucks. The Excels were approx. $13 each and the Icons were $23 I think? I was not paying almost $50 for wiperblades.

The salesman put them on and I was good to go. He told me the Excels were very good and would last a year instead of the normal 6 months. He also said if I were to wipe them off with alcohol once a month or so they would last longer. I agree with that.

I would think alcohol would dry the rubber out prematurely. I'm confused as to why that would help.

I see your point. What are the blades made of? Are they made of rubber or silicon? Look that up and then see how alcohol and whatever reacts together???

It's a well known cleaner that increases life of the wiper. Dirt is the enemy and there is no issue of the wipers drying out before their life expectancy. Wiping them with rubbing alcohol periodically will make them last longer and do a better job.
