Although the 19's would look nice, you're going to sacrifice your ride quality. ESPECIALLY in NYC with all the potholes, etc. Me personally, i wouldnt go any bigger than 18's living here in the city.Originally Posted by LowBallJ
Yeah those look nice and the price is sweet. I'm a little gun shy since I'm a new G owner and was more of a fan of M45 19s https://g35driver.com/forums/wheels-...ml#post2663974

i have a set of pre-08 m35/m45 19" sport rims. they don't have that flared rib on the spokes. i had to buy spacers to make them fit. if pre-08 and 08 are the same offset then you'll need a minimum spacer thickness of 5mm to clear, but i recommend 10mm. Go 15mm if you really want a flush fit. the cons to this mod was the requirement for longer studs so you don't chance loosing your wheels to broken studs...

I'm not in any hurry to get rims but the summer is coming and the original tires have 30k on em. If I'm going to get new tires and brakes, might as well go bigger and better

No, not even width. Even Diameter
The car doesn't care how wide the wheel is. All it cares is that both the front and rear wheels spin at the same rate.

That's what I meant innately, just couldn't spit it out right.Originally Posted by Mustang5L5
