need help with power seat switch

I am replacing the power seat switch for passenger seat. Has anyone does this? any tips on the best way replacing the switch?

Hello,
Did you get any answers to your switch replacement procedures. Mine just went hope you don't have to take the whole seat out. Anybody can help on this
