lol .. not being biased but the 07+ are considered as the second gen sedans and are better in everyway. it's significantly faster and will feel more responsive but still keep the luxury's smoothness no matter what the number of horsepower states (I've driven both). the 2nd gen also has a higher redline for power hence the NAME VQ35HR. most would agree that the interior is a lot nicer and refined. unlike the first gen with just orange lights all over the dash and buttons, the 2nd gen has white and blue lightings. size is pretty much the same as well. good luck on your purchase

07 without a doubt. There really shouldnt be much consideration given - 07 is simply a better car.
