Help with plenum

Hello,

I need help deciding what type of plenum to get. I have read about the KINETIX Intake Manifold Plenum and the MOTORDYNE BASIC 1/2 INCH or 5/16PLENUM SPACER. Which one would you guys recomend and what's the difference between them. I have an 03 6mt.

www.motordyne.com and read the dyno graphs. yes they are on his site but the dynos were done at 3rd party location. You won't find any more complete information than what's on his site.

If you have read the site dynos, you would know the differences.
