Camber Kit Question

Question for those with experience with camber kits.

I have a G35x and I'd like to install 19" wheels. From reading through all the threads, a camber kit is advised when lowering 1" or more, thus I will be buying and installing a kit.

Question is whether the camber kit needs to be removed if I decide to install my stock 17's for the winter, or can I place them right on without removing the camber? Any and all responses would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you even lowering your car? You can keep the camber kit on no matter what wheels are on the car. A camber kit is only needed when you want extreme camber or cannot adjust to factory specifications.

Yup, planning to drop with H&R springs. So if I lower the car it wouldn't make a difference if I had a camber kit or not with any size wheels?

Not to thread jack, but is a camber kit needed after using unrevised z springs? I know people use with H&R because they are a bit more extreme of a drop.

All depends on if the alignment shop can properly align your tires. More than likely you will want the camber kit as there is little to no adjustment for the rear tires from the factory.

You can use the camber kit no matter what wheels are on the car when it's lowered.
