OFFICIAL "What Mods Should I Buy?" Sedan Thread
I'm thinking about what's next for me, and want some suggestions.
I'm bout to pick up some Berk HFC to go with my stillen Gen 2 exhaust, 5/16" spacers, pop charger and z-tube. Is it time for a tune? I know I could still get headers, but don't know if it's worth it.
What do you guys think? Save up, or wait for a good deal on some headers. Or go with the tune and just be done.
FI isn't an option for me.

255/40-17s are too short, they will throw off your speedo, you could run 255/45-17s(thats what I have) but they are too wide for oem wheels, you need at least 8" wide wheels to do that. you could get some OEM coupe or 350z 17s for pretty cheap, they have a more agressive offset and are 17x7.5 front 17x8 rear
i wouldnt go wider then a 225/50 on the oem sedan wheels...maybe 235/50, but 255 is really pushing it

You would be off by about 4.85%... so if your speedo says 65 you're actually traveling just shy of 62mph. If you think you are putting those on OEM rims....think again.. Well the wheel is a 7.5"-8" rim the tire is a tad over 10" wide..got bulge?
MODERATORS: y'know what would be handy for heading off a lot of new posts and subsequent questions, though? A list in the first post of the top 6 or 8 sedan mods, like:
Motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer
Cold air intake - JWT Popcharger or Stillen CAI with z-tube
Coupe exhaust mid-pipe or aftermarket catback from Stillen, Borla, etc
High-flow catalytic converters
04.5-up 350Z front springs/shocks with coupe rear springs/shocks, aftermarket springs from Tein, Eibach, etc. or coilovers
Coupe 19" sport rims, forged aluminum from Rays Engineering, various 350Z rims
Aftermarket sway bars from Stillen, Motordyne or Hotchkis
