Friday night i was at the race track, I was going to race and I smelled oil I saw a little drop or two no idea where it was coming from. I took out the g for some Saturday cruising. The oil smell go stronger and stronger. It was burning almost. Then Monday on the way to work i got there, there was oil everywhere. I threw it up on the left looking at the oil pan and stuff thinking maybe i bottomed out somewhere and one of the mechanics said the oil was coming from the front crank seal. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I just rolled 54k on a 2004 sedan 6MT.

 

Pretty easy to change, I recall some crank pullies causing premature wear but not the stock one.
