I just found out my car has the H1's instead of the HID's I always wondered why my lights werent as bright as other G35's but i just assumed there were the HID cause the whites wertnet a yellow like regular halogens. I considerng a HID kit, can anyone recomend one for me, With pics please.

 

that sucks, sorry to hear about that. how did you find out they werent HIDs. did you buy the car used? didnt the dealer tell you if they were HID's or not? also, quick question, do all the 2003.5s have HIDs? and if not, how do you find out?

Mine is a 03.5 sport ver., if your light flicker and change color at night when they turn on its an HID Kit, mine has it so im guessing yours does also. Get it checked, this car need's the HID's

The original 2003 G35 Sedan had the HID's as an option.
The 2003.5 version had them standard. I have the 2003
halogen model.

I have 2003.5 base model with the H1 in it. I believe it's only the base model has H1 bulbs.
