03 M45 wheels on an 04 G35x?

I like them because they kind've resemble the g37 stock 19"s. Dont really wanna alter the suspension (my car will look like a 4x4 with the 19"s and no drop), therefore i prefer to go with the stock 18"s. Does anyone know if these will be a perfect fit for my 04 g35x? Found a guy selling a perfect set for $500. Thanks in advance.

Your car will still look like a monster truck with these 18" wheels.

LOL. Really? Friend of mine put on the stock 7 spoke 18"s from the coupe, and his ride still looks stock.

I think he means visually because those wheels look massive and heavy

The 03 M45 is such an awkward looking vehicle, still wish I had one though.

No doubt, the Q is very round and resembles the new M45 (to me at least) The M is blocky and awkward. It's like an older bentley...but futuristic lol
