I have that setup. My car it is not a "X" but it is a 05 sedan. They fit great, and I like the stagger look for now. I still have the OEM tires but I am thinking changing to the same tires all around later when the tires are worn out.

If you keep the overall wheel diameter the same it won't matter if it's on an X.

The car doesn't care how wide the wheels are, it just cares that the wheels spin at the same rotational speed

I have S-Teins springs. The tires are 225-50/18 front and 245-45/18 rear.

Those wheels don't really do it for me... something about them doesn't flow with 03-06 sedans. They don't look that good on 07+ sedans either.

Those wheels look better on the 07+, and definitely much better than the G37S sedan wheels. Maybe it'll look better on a silver or white G35 sedan, but for some reason they're not matching up so great on the darker sedans.
