I was referring to the rear wing and underbody diffuser package. Could you get them from the factory on an X?

I know they drop the cd down from 0.29 to 0.28. I do a buttload of highway driving and the underbody diffusers are $100 or so. I wonder if it would make a significant impact on fuel economy? Im driving 20-25K miles highway/year.

Does that mean I have the 'aero package'?? rear spoiler, with 3rd brakelight, and the 'stuff' under the engine bay??

no....they are plastic piece that are by the wheels under the car. basically makes the bottom of the car more aerodypanic by lettign the air flow right through.

what year is your sedan? I think you're better off getting the aero body kit for that.....the difference is probably insignificant when it come sto MPG.

I was just curious to how much of a difference they would make. I prob wouldn't get them.

i thought our drag coefficient was .27 and .26 with the rear wing?

for some.....yes they were already on the car sitting on the lot. I didn't know of its existence until a few months after i got my car. Then I had to purchase that separately from the dealer.

Hey Mustang 5L5 - the black bag velcroed in my trunk has the owners manual, fancy pen, infiniti key chains, etc. Have you checked what is inside yours?

I have that bag.

But then i have another that says FIRST AID KIT on it which has bandages, gauze, etc in it.

So i have TWO black bags velcroed in my trunk

My '05 sedan has the two bags in the trunk as well as the first aid kit in the armrest.

My first aid kit was stolen!
Ahhh well not really it was not included with the car, so the arm rest compartment is now my secret stach spot.... LOL

don't forget (6MT)Sport comes with a VLSD and the (5AT)Premium comes with open Diff :\.
