I want to paint my Roof, Hood, and Trunk black....

I'm thinking of making my G35 different. I have a silver g35 sedan already with black 20" rims. I was first going to paint my roof black for sure 100 percent black, then i thought what if i painted my hood black and the top part of my trunk black. How would that look?? I want my g to be different so what do you guys think?

Please let me know what you guys think

If you did part of your hood black to blend into the windshield - roof and then part of your trunk lid I think it looks good. If you do the whole part (hood/trunk) it just looks like you got one from another car. It needs to look like you did it that way on purpose.

alot of us here on driver have black roofs already, including ttrank..lol...
but to paint your whole hood and trunk black...that is a definite no-no, as ttrank said, painting parts of it MIGHT look good, depending on how you paint it...

In the first picture i want to do it actually the same. Just not the bottom half. just the top above the grill and the sides that's actually how i want to do it also. Leave the sides silver just how he did it

Don't paint it, just wrap it. That way you can always go back when it comes time to sell the car.

That's looks good on a silver car. But how do you think it will look if i want to do my trunk black and same with the hood?

I just think it will be a very different look.

IMO, don't paint OR wrap the hood or trunk. In fact, don't wrap anything. If you must do it, do it right and paint it.

Wait for the c/f hood/trunk that Mastergrade might come out with.

JMO, but the car would have to be a real killer to carry it off.
With just wheels, I think it'd be a little over the top.

I am also looking to paint my roof black, Like Calvin said, paint it, because if you wrap it and leave it on there too long and with intense concentration of sunlight beaming on your roof, it could bubble up and ruin the paint anyway.
