18" rims with F 248 & R 285/30R18 tires on 06 G35 sedan?
my orginal tire size is 215/55r17 on 17" rims all 4 of them. I now have
225/50r17 now. My friend is selling his rims with tires. 245/35R18 in the front and 285/35r18 in the rear. What do I have to do to fit them on my car? lol

with +45 front and rear......it should fit fine considering they are both 30 series. if anything you may just need a simple fender roll in the rear.
I must caution you though.....245-30-18 is really fvcked up size........its too thin and will look gross if your car is not dropped. You'd need to dump that bad boy for it to look good.

The fronts are, to put it mildly, simply ridiculous. They are 18% smaller than stock circumference. I had to calculate it based on the numbers because Tire Rack and a few other sites do not carry any tires that are 245/30-18.
My suggestion would be to map out various routes around town that don't have any moderate road imperfections because your ride is going to be very rough and your chances of bending a wheel are pretty high with such a short sidewall (less than 3" from the inner bead to the top of the sidewall).
