clean carfax.. leased car.. 2 previous owners

i wanted to wait a couple years and get a used 09 g37 sedan.. but this deal seems too good to pass up..

i still love the older body style (although i'm not too fond of the interior)..

I could tell just from the title that price was a bit high. You should be able to really bargain and get the price as low as possible due to current market conditions. If the car is really clean and its what you want, I would try to take it for $14,500.

Lol, you guys should come to Mass and check out dealership prices. I just checked out an 18K mile '06 G35X Premium with no Nav that was stickered for $24.2K

A base model non-loaded '06 is selling for $20K on dealer lots.

I know private sale is cheaper, but just showing you that G35's are selling for higher here. I picked up my car for service tonight and both the $24.2K '06 and the $20K base '06 were sold a week later.

I wish i could have gotten my '06 for what some guys here pay for theres. Then again, mine was cherry and was a hard-to-find NAVI car.

wow.. that's pretty good.. 16,995 is the advertised price.. but i'm sure i can get them to lower it to 15k.. that would be the only way i would even think about purchasing.. i still have my heart set on a 2009

here in northern cali.. just looking at auto trader and on craigslist.. the average price for 2005's are in the high teens / low 20's still.. so 17k looks pretty good to me

Only you can decide if it's a good price for you. Good luck and hopefully you'll be in a G soon. You won't regret it!!

I bought my 2005 G35X in December. Premium-C, all options except Nav. and Sirius, 23,000 miles, 1 owner, lease return, all records/ manuals/ keys. Payed $18,300. I thought that was a pretty good deal from a very reputable dealer in my area. IMHO your deal doesn't sound terrible, I'd just push them a little to see what you could do ... the might drop a little bit for you. Good luck.

Due to economic/market conditions, you can probably still wiggle the price down... but it sounds like a pretty good deal.

GL and hope you get one soon.
