I bought some pioneer speakers to replace my old cracked bose ones but i think i am super dumb and couldn't figure out how to remove the door panel.

it takes alot of time theres clips on the first panel you encounter just pop those off. then you will have screws/nuts take them off then there is a sticky cover that you will have to pull off. u can do that by sticking a plat screwdriver and running it around then youl have full access

 

A lot of time? I have have all four off in 15-20 minutes.

 

I think he means it takes a lot of time if you take off the panel on the front doors that hold the window motor also. If not, I agree, its about 20 minutes for all 4. There are 3 screws per door, then just pull around the edges to dislodge the clips. After that, you can disconnect the window/door lock controls along with the screws holding on the door handle. Congrats, the door panel is now off and you can install your speakers
