Im in the middle of this right now and im wondering where would u put the gps antenna??? i was watching the infinitihelp diy on this and they put in the lower metal bracket below the clock.

Will the antenna have 100% recpetion or should i just place it in the middle of the dash, or somewhere else?

 

I have mine behind the clock and I think that is where the oem one goes too.

I even have gauges on that bezel and get great reception.

Agree with all the above posts. I have mine under/behind the clock. Works perfect and nobody ever has to see it.

 

Mine is in the corner on the dash by the windshield.

 

k thx place it right under neath the clock/dash metal peice..stuffed it as much as i can to the end of the dash near the glass and have the gps activate and get some signal and must say its pretty good with 7-9 satellite signals in my driveway before placing it with double sided tape

now im still stuck on the rear view camera, i have the rca cable connected but dont have the red/black wire connected yet since im not sure which wire to tap the reverse light inn. I know about the purple wire can someone post a exact pix of it in the trunk ?
