in pretty much every section ive been to on this most wicked site, ive come across a "what mod should i do" sort of feel. i thought maybe we could change it up a bit, and go for mod's that you dislike. try not to offend anyone in particular by posting pics of their (MY) car tho, haha.

so ill start by saying GT Wings. no. just no....pls for the love of all thats holy dont. on a track dedicated beast, MAYBE.
on a stock g35/skyline. no. i have millions, but just thought id get the ball rolling.

Not such a fan of people replacing their Infiniti logos for Nissan/Skyline logos. It reminds me of when I had my Honda, people on the forums were always pulling Acura logos and putting on Honda ones and adding "Type R" to everything they could.

 

thats the idea. i also lol @ ppl with gtr badges on what clearly is NOT a gtr.

 

also not a fan of people replacing the grille for that cheap ebay grill with mesh on it, it looks so much classier with the stock grille painted black and the mt fuji emblem left chrome

 

might be a little off the subject but seen a g with it so
not sure of the name but those air vents that go on the front fenders
thats just a no!!!

haha. good stuff. got this started because of a pic i saw on this forums. been searching for ages now i cant find it again. sigh. anyways, it had a massive gtwing and glue on "vents" on the bonnet.
man did i laugh. to top it off, if i remember correctly, the "vents" where not color coded. i am pretty sure it was taken by a member of the site from inside their car. if it is yours........ouch.......

also, if you happen to know the one im talking about pls post pics, i cant find them.

 

Neon Underglows

 

I can't stand the spoiler that goes above the rear window. Looks so ugly!

 

The sunroof wind deflector is not a cool mod, and shouldn't even be considered a mod at all. I've seen it on a few of the sedans around here, and it just doesn't look right with the lines on the car.

Also I remember seeing this before in the forum, and sadly it's the 20" emblem placed on the fender wall. Not a good mod even if you do have dubs on your ride.

 

most of the best looking wheels are chrome.. or at least chrome lip.
and its not like chrome wheels would match our headlights and chrome trim or anything like that.
also 20" is the perfect size wheel appearance wise on the G.

but yea, most cars you see around town trying to run 'fancy' chrome wheels are failures.
