I get to say...DO A SEARCH.....

Seiously - it all depends on you....if you want power I'd go with
Plenum Spacer, Z-tube, Pop Charger, and a mid-pipe

Suspension -
find a set of Z-springs

looks -
Tint and/or 19 wheels and tires

My Motordyne plenum spacer was $200 (used from classifieds here)
350z tube was $30 used
Z springs were $50 plus cost of installation
Tint was $230
Rims and tires were $850 new

get a set of aftermarket sways. they'll cost you ~$200 (used) and its the best value for money upgrade you can do with your budget. they will also tide you over while you decide what you want to do with the other $650.

don't rush into modding; figure out what you want before you start spending money.
