infiniti vinyl over third brake light?

I have been thinking about getting the word infiniti across my third brake light so that when I am on the brakes you can see the outline of the word.

Would you consider it ricey or would it look good? Does anyone have it done, care to share?

I wouldn't do it. Especially since it's right above the INFINITI on you doggy door. Even if you remove that, or replace the trunk, still looks tacky, IMO.

I am curious as to how noticeable it would be. Maybe you could only see it if you're looking for it...

Tacky... just like those Mustang owners who put it on their third brake light... or those Dodge owners you put the ram cover over their tails.
Everyone who cares will already know your car is an Infiniti.

I was reminded of exactly what FISHR said, but in the end it's what you like or don't like. It's also pretty easy to undo.

Well you've convinced me not too!

I am pretty good friends with my vinyl guy so maybe when I get him to do my mirrors I'll get him to use the scrap and do the tail light and get some pictures to post. Then we can judge it!

I think it would look good on those guys with fully shaved trunks and no emblems.

Lol, we don't all do that.

I agree though. It looks tacky as hell. We already know what the car is. I never understood why people wanted to put a windshield banner with the brand of their car on it?

I know most Mustang owners don't do this. Just saying... the only cars that I have seen around that have some sort of overlay with their own logo cut out were Mustangs, a Dodge Ram, and an Impala.
