Can I move my seat further back on rails?

My goal is to give myself more leg room in the driver's seat, I'm 6'4. Someone mentioned to me that I can take the seat off, move it back on the rails and re-fasten it.

Is this true, are there multiple places on the rails to attach the seat to? If so, easy enough job for a guy with tools?

2 days and no responses, I'm surprised. I'd love to help, but I don't have a clue. G/L!

Yes you can, there is a write up someplace. Basically you will have to remove the seat from the car, take the plastic off on the sides and using plyers adjust the rail stops, plastic stops that are on the rails. This will give you maybe .5-1" more. I did both the height and fwd/back adjustment Im 6'4"
