Hey, has anyone heard a grinding noise as u turn off your car?
this is how it happens I come to a stop take the car out of gear turn off the radio open driver door stop engine as the engine comes to a stop right at the end u hear this rolling grrr
sound then the engine stops. I have heard it in other g35 the last one was a new coupe at the dealership. service advisor heard it when I brought the car in for servce and thought it was a prob but now he says it normal. thats bull Ive never heard that sound before but it is only on 6spds that I hear it. I have a 96 max 5spd and have never heard this sound can someone duplicate this and explain or does anyone else hear this and have a good explaination dont trust dealerships.
they are also replacing one headlight because the reflector had a larger gap than the other one between the reflector and the housing and my front wheels were not balanced and my steering wheel was not centered. Is this a sign of things to come? If this continues Acura will be getting my biz.
Thanks people just ticks me off to spend all this money and be treated like a child. or at least feel that way.

Sorry to hear about your problems. Took delivery on my Sedan 6MT in late March, have 6800 miles on it - absolutely no problems yet, and runs like a scalded dawg ......

Hopefully, it's just minor adjustments, and you'll be lovin' it, too!!

Hi thanks for the thoughts. Can u do me a favor and see if u hear the same thing. My cars performance has not been affected its just since Ive heard this noise I think hey this just doesnt sound right. And I went to UCD so I know ur havin a good time with that G.
