Yes or no on the brake light

I bought this spoiler/lip. My car is black. Should connect the brake light or leave it dead? The center part is clear. I'm leaning toward blacking it out & not connecting the brake light.

I got a really good deal off ebay, painted & shipped. I've haven't seen many sites who carry it. I don't know if this guy has more. Here is one but it's more than I paid:

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
I say don't connect the brake light, but if you do disconnect the light on your rear deck.

I would connect it, disconnect the rear deck one and if you ever tint the windows, have them tint over the are where the deck light is

Grubbs Infiniti sells the same design, pre painted. http://www.grubbsperformance.com/servlet/Detail?no=2976

No pics on their site, but it is the same design.

I didn't buy from that site. The guy I bought from included the brake light.

don't i did it before soon or later your brake fuse blow and your car not even move. will start but can selet any gear plues all the light comes on you dash if your warrant is over you may try. i did tow my g at dealer they will charge you $360 for code read and 1 fuse change.

i aggree, cant say for sure though.. if you connect this and then disconnect the one inside i really cant imagine it being that unhappy though.
