Just picked up an 05 6MT with 32000 miles. Already discovered the "eq lose" problem but I've got factory warranty and extended warranty left to get it covered.
All in it's stock goodness...

Congrats on a very unique car. I've read that only 6% of all sedans were made in 6MT. OB is such a gorgeous color!!
BTW, what is the "eq lose" problem?

congrats.
Let me know if you want a factory trunk spolier. We can swap and to work something out. If you are not sure what it will look there should be some blk sedans on here or i can send you a pic.

thanks
Thanks...I almost didn't buy it since I got on here first and read about the Oil consumption problem. But I got all the service records and so far it hasn't shown any sign of the problem. I also bought the extra CPO warranty that takes my out to 2013 and 100k miles for bumper-bumper just in case.
Tint will be first on the list, followed closely by a new radio since mine won't play cds all the way through and the eq settings won't stay between starts.
For johnnyone, I think I am going to stick with stock trunk for now. Thanks for the offer though.

Not a great price but it was fair for me and I got what I wanted.
EDIT: Re-doing the math, 2013 would mean 8 years of coverage, so did they sell you a 48 month/48K Elite Plan? This would kick in at 60K, putting you at 108K of coverage. It's not the standard Elite Plan offered on top of a CPO, so you may want to make sure it's valid like that. I would hate to see you have a problem at 102K and find out you'e not covered. Remember, it's Infiniti that covers your car, not the dealer. If they sold you an improper warranty package, Infiniti isn't required to honor it. You can purchase a 48/48 Elite Plan, but the car doesn't have to be a CPO.
EDIT #2: Nice car.
