sadly its only a matter of time before those rediculous stick on port holes and vents become a trend on the G35. Never understood why anyone would want their car to look like a Buick Park Avenue.
Actually, I seriously contemplated it... however, it would be totally functional (not a stick on) in order to vent hot air from engine compartment (headers are crazy hot, and yes they are jet hot coated)... I tried to figure out a good location to make a hole and install grommet and run ducting to the vent hole in fender - but couldnt find a location near the area that needed venting. It’s okay though, because I have another trick for helping the heat (to be revealed later )
As far as the “stick-on” fake vents = totally stupid.
