Provided that it will fit on the inside and not rub on the suspension, but you'll be inset, not flush. +35 or so would be better, flusher. The Coupe 18's are 18x8 +30 and are dead flush on a Sedan. Those 8.5" wheels are a ¼" wider on each side, so a +35 or +38 would pull them back to near flush.
