05-06 Sedan - IP w/ Black int. exist?
I'm up and down whether deciding on a G35 Coupe, Sedan, or MB C230 Sedan.
Anyway, I was looking through autotrader and haven't been able to find an IP with black interior; only tan/beige/wheat and stone/gray. Was this even a possible color combo?
Also, what's the chances of getting an OC engine? This is kinda shying me away from the 6MT - as much fun as it sounds, the 5AT really should be just fine for me. The car should have enough power to swing it around, AT or not. Right?
Looking for info and advice, thx

Couldn't tell you really. I wanted AWD so the choice was already made for me.
I love my Stone Interior. On a suny day with the windows down and sunroof open if gives you a nice open luxurious feeling. All black seems closed up to me a bit even though it does look sweet. Stone with IP looks darker compared to my stone interior in a black car. Mine almost looks white at times

When I was searching for mine, the one I bought was the only one for sale (at the time) in the entire country. I searched for an '05-06 Ivory Pearl 6MT, Stone, Nav, Aero. I flew out to Oakland (from Phoenix) and bought it. I immediately drove the 10 hours back to Phoenix.
I really hate how Infiniti offers their color combinations. They only did IP for the first two years of the first gen, and IIRC, only the first year of the 2nd generation Sedans...

Me too, it never made sense. Why limit our choices? I'm very happy with my DG/G combo, but I would have probably purchased a Twilight Blue or Lakeshore Slate instead if I could have gotten the Graphite interior. My main problem with the Stone interior is the carpet color. My old Mazda CX-7 had similar colored seats, but the carpet was black so it didn't show the dirt like Stone would. And the contrast looked good. Up here in the winter, the last thing you want is a white carpet in your car.

I agree. My IS250 has a black/tan interior similar to stone (except the gray would be tan) but it has a black carpet. Looks much better.
Does anyone know a source for G35 carpet?? I'd really like to switch mine out for graphite
