I thought you wanted to black out the car? How come you did the brakes in red?

i do but brakes is not the body of the car, i wanted them to stand out black calipers are pretty much invisible, i like red calipers on black cars, makes it look sporty

I like red too, but I am not sure if i would have done the entire caliper like that. I would have left the pads alone, but that's me.

On my G35, i painted them silver. I just wanted them to look clean.

I painted them red on my other car, along with the rotor hats silver to look clean and new. You can see what i mean about not doing the pads and support bracket. I prefer this way, but to each his own

it was easier this way, i didnt even remove the wheels to paint the calipers lol it was a mess, i used masking tape and still had drips on my wheels i had to buff em out to get rid of the little red spots, my last car was silver with black theme goin on, i had em silver, i was gonna do silver on the G but my friends convinced me to do red lol

Ahhh you're lazy! take the wheels off and get some black or silver on the edge of the rotor. Makes them look a lot nicer than they are!

Well i'm ****. I took the calipers and brakes all off the car to paint. If you look closely, you can even see the fins inside the rotor are painted silver to match and the backside of the rim is brake dust free. Even the center cap lines up with the valve stem. I have way too much free time on my hands.

I'm not the same way with my G35 unfortunately. It's a 22K mile per year DD, so it just won't stay as spotless

The emblem looks alright, not diggin the color on the brakes though, but to each their own.

Best of luck to you taking those pads off though, looks like you painted them onto the caliper.

Where did you manage to get those decals now? I need to get another set for my new brakes, and can't find em anymore.

You actually ordered from them? I've heard horror stories, and that's pretty much all I heard about that company.

Glad you actually got your stuff, maybe I'll give him a shot.
