As Jeff stated, what's more important to you, exceptional braking ability and feel or reduced dusting. These are your options:

1) 05/06 brake upgrade
2) Run pads like Hawks or ceramics, give up quite a bit of brake feel and initial bite, possibly braking distance, for reduced dusting.

Reasons for front brake dust are front calipers provide at least 60% of the stopping power. Your pads just give off a lot of dust. The 05X models still had the smaller brakes from the 03-04 model sedans. The 05 RWD Sedan received larger brakes that year. Now this does not mean that the RWD model does not have brake dust, it just means that your pads are working harder to stop the vehicle. AWD = heavier than the RWD, by how much I do not know. Switch to a decent ceramic pad and the dust should go away.
