Like the title says, I'm sure we're all familiar with the 4 beeps the car makes when the key is in accessory and the drivers door is open. However, this noise should stop when the engine is running. After checking all the fuses in the drivers footwell, my car has begun making the 4 beeps even when the engine is running. Any ideas?

 

Check to make sure the door is closing completely and making contact with the black dots in the door jam. Also, check the "buzzer unit" located on the plastic cover under the steering wheel.
