03/04 Brilliant Silver Sedans - grill painting?

I haven't seen any pictures of a 03/04 brilliant silver sedan with a painted stock grill......can anyone link or show me if there are?

My stock grill's chrome is chipping away and I have the brilliant silver which seems like it would be difficult to match with another color. I don't have the nismo aero kit or nice wheels either.

What color should I paint it to?

A dark/med gray? Matte black?

Watch out though, then you've started a theme.

You see g35freak86, thats not fair! I don't have a nismo aero front and I feel that even on an 03/04, a black grill and nismo front is sooo doable - complimentary in fact. I'm stuck with the OEM bumper and i think it will look tacky.....does anybody else have an 03/04 with stock oem bumper and black painted grill?

I know what ya mean. I have the whole nismo/aero kit and did the grille and headlights after I got the kit. It'll still look good with the oem bumper and such. Just do it man. You'll like it. However, I would really suggest doing the headlights too. It looks unfinished with either or to me. But then again, I am very picky and like everything uniformed

I also have a 03.5 BS sedan w/ no aero kit, and here's my OEM grille in flat black paint. The pic was taken over a year ago, and now the grille is chipped up (will have to re-paint it soon).

Nevertheless, I think the black grille looks just as nice on the non-Nismo front bumper as it is on the counterpart

At least paint the lower sills guys, unpainted lowers make the car look so cheap it was one of the reasons the car didn't catch my eye when I bought it but I got it anyway and I'm glad I did, too much chrome combined with too much gray plastic but everything is taken care of =]

I am in Monmouth County. Wall Tonwship to be exact. It's right next to Belmar. Still have the g, but it's back to stock for the most part. Just have the nismo kit on and that's it. I'm getting the m3 once the g sells. Taken forever to sell though.
