Does an 06 350z midpipe fit my 03 sedan?

also will it be better? whats the difference in sound or performance if there is a difference.
i also just picked up some 06 350z rims in mint condition for $350 with the original tires. only had a couple hundred miles on them. these rims are flawless practically brand new. so you guys think it'll look alright on my sedan? kinda undecided. by the way my car is a stock 03 gray sedan. lmk know what you all think. thanks.

the 06 is a very minimal change, not worth it IMO.

get a coupe midi, or a 350Z midi.
*note the Z midi requires a small extension piece.

^oops
thanks.

IIRC the extension piece is getting a little harder to find now.
EverythingG35 used to carry them, not if sure that they still do.
It would be easy for any decent shop to make an extension for you though.

Z middy sounds great on an 03 with our smaller muffler, but as InTgr8r points out, it does require an extension piece or cut-and-weld by a muffler shop (they may charge you as much as an hour shop rate). It's more trouble and cost than it's worth, IMO, if you can find a coupe middy go with that, but they can be hard to find. And don't pay more than about 80 bucks for either mid. That said, if you're getting the Z cheap or free, it's probably worth the cost.

C&W, and they did a crappy-ass job of it IMO & charged 0.9 hrs labour for a ten-minute job. CARLINE MUFFLER CALGARY, never again, me boyos!

But it does sound pretty sweet.

Midpipe is not worth the hassle with the need for extension. Get one off a coupe instead if you're interested in a midpipe upgrade. Undecided on the wheels. There are 1/2 the people on the boards that say they rub and 1/2 that say they don't. YMMV on that one.
