Throttle Controllers

Anyone have any luck with these?

Blitz & Greddy both seem to have one pretty cheap on the market.

been a while since I've worked on my G. I found a used Blitz Drive-by-Wire Controller in my area for cheap that came off a Z.

The only thing I'm afraid of it might mess with the ECU and invoke limp modes, so I just wanted to see if anyone has had any luck with a N/A G and one of these.

all they do is pretend you are pushing the gas further down. There was a big thread about them a year ago.. Basically they are trash

There are no Electronics for the G's similar to those Hand tuners I see for Ford Pickups?

Just curious.

I've thought about this mod. what's the other one. Boost something? It doesn't add an hp, it adjusts the curve that the TPS sends to the ecu. But if it helps with my throttle lag that my auto has and helps the shift logic of my auto, I'd consider it. But the $300 or so price isn't too attractive (for what it does)

Osiris by Uprev. My recommendation if you want to tweak the ECU.

I'm running a COBB AP for my ecu flashing. The car is running better with the cobb tune. The only thing about cobb is the customer service is bad for us G35 drivers. I had a Subaru before I got my G, and I was definitely treated better with my Subaru. All in all the cobb was good for 0.4 off my time and about 3 more mph threw the trap. 14.2@99mph. Thats not bad for a G on 20"rims. Good luck and do your research....
