What is the best launch technique for the 5AT?

I plan a run or two after my mods are completed, but I am not a drag racer and am ignorant about launch techniques.

What has proven to be the best method with the 5AT?

Since the accelerator pedal drives the throttle vai an electric motor, you are pretty much limited to just flooring it as fast as possible and holding it there.
TCU and ecu software does the rest.

Power braking to preload the TC [to stall speed] may hurt more than it helps.

Since it takes more than a second to move the car the 1st 16 feet and over 2 seconds for the 60 foot distance automatics are very consistent.........obviously human [your] reaction time is the variable in the launch.

Tire friction is critical ------too little and the tires spin losing significant time.

Just power break up to 1500k or even 2k rpm for the best results! It isnt great but what are the effects in the long run on the engine besides maybe wearing your brakes out a little more?
