I prob. going to have a small shop do it.
How long do those aftermarket xenon/hid bulbs last?
and we have to do use H1 bulbs right?

If you have an 03 with non factory HID you need H1 for the low beams and H4 for the fog lights

Yes, because the low beam and high beam are two different bulbs in the headlight. The low beam sits on top while the high beam is on the bottom.

And if you want your fog lights and high beams to work, one kit will need to be a bi-xenon type of HID kit.

HID Kits

I highly recommend using DDM Tuning. If you purchase the 35 watt DDM Tuning brand, it comes with life time warranty for the light bulb and the ballast kit. I only used DDM Tuning HID Kits on all my car. I changed the stock HID Bulb to a 6000k which I purchased from DDM Tuning at a great value and I also purchased another set of HID for the fog light at 6000k as well. It's a beauty, but the only thing that is a P.I.T.A are to take off the bumper and to remove the headlights. I were planning to install a set of Hella's fog light before, but instead opted to install the hid's instead. Trust me, you would not be disappointed. DDM Tuning Hid lights are a great value. For the ones that are budget conscious, they have a set of HID kit that comes with a 1 year warranty for 40 bucks. Best of luck.
